MIND BODY SPIRIT COMPLEMENTARY THERAPY AS AN EFFORT TO REDUCE STRESS IN ADOLESCENTS
Abstract
Adolescence is a period of stress storm because adolescence shows a clear transition period or is often called a transition. Stress is defined as a situation where demands threaten more than individual resources. In Jesem Hamlet, 70% of teenagers indicated mild stress. One approach to reduce stress is to apply complementary therapy, namely Mind-Body Therapy. Mind-Body Therapy is a mind-body therapy, the individual focuses on aligning or creating a balance of mental processes to induce healing. The results of the application of Mind-Body Therapy on adolescents in Jasem Hamlet showed a significant reduction in the stress level experienced by adolescents
